Comedia in Pforzheim

Wonderful breakfast, large selection, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere!

Breakfast was quite varied and very large selection something for everyone.

You can actually get a very good breakfast at Comedia, but the management has apparently changed their concept. Since January there is no breakfast menu anymore (which in my opinion was the best in Pforzheim), but there is a buffet .... It is good but unfortunately too expensive, since breakfast now costs 15 € and there is neither coffee nor Drinks with it., D. h you then easily pay € 20 for breakfast .... ? .....

The food (buffet) is ok so far (really only ok). For the prices the taste and the selection have to be done properly. In order to justify this price, the selection would have to be significantly higher or still water or cafe included in the price. 2 people just under 50 euros for breakfast is a word. Maybe another time but I don't think so.

We were now in Comedia for the second time in a row to celebrate the anniversary celebration of our employees. Mr. Calic and his team once again gave us a wonderful and relaxing evening with a wonderful culinary setting. The service and the organization in advance is extremely professional and pleasant at all times. Thank you very much, we would love to come back.

We were at Comedia a week ago for the new breakfast buffet. Everything was great in terms of taste, but there was one annoying point for me, which also ensures the only 3/5 stars: there were only two types of sausage. That wouldn't be bad in itself, but these were two types of black pudding and turkey / chicken breast. In my opinion, at this price per person too little or simply the wrong sausage if there are only two varieties anyway.

Very good .. good food and friendly service. We are very satisfied .. one thing only: you cannot pay by credit card, I had to fetch money from the ATM and it was cold ..

The Comedia now offers a rich breakfast buffet on weekends and public holidays. Everything was very tasty and appetizing. From hummus to grilled vegetables to fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, salmon, sausage, cheese, jam and very good baked goods ... everything was available and the items that were running out were always replenished. It tasted very good to us. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The Comedia is also always a good address for good cuisine.

We were having breakfast in Comedia today. The offer at the breakfast buffet was varied and it was really delicious. The staff was super friendly and especially our waitress Eddy was extremely courteous and very attentive. The Comedia is definitely worth a visit!

Was there with my family, great selection for everyone! Food was always freshly refilled and the taste was also very good. Recommendation from me: definitely try the porridge :). Great and friendly staff. Gladly again!

We were there for the breakfast buffet today. Unfortunately, all dishes were cold and were not kept warm by the chafing dishes. There were no napkins, no large spoons for the muesli and the quality of the dishes left something to be desired. Mozarella that was not and reminded more of a white knee roll. I do not run the buffet any further. The staff does not overturn with friendliness and therefore will not come. No comparison to before!

Were with my husband at breakfast brunch today which disappointed both of us. Drink comes with extras. The rolls are totally dry and of poor quality. Sausage far too little and taste nothing at all. It is very much saved on the quality only with the prices. Two people paid 50 euros for such a joke. Birthday guests also came and the waiter asked the boss if he should put the expensive o cheap sparkling wine on them and the boss replied the cheap.totaler failure the whole thing

Went there for the breakfast buffet today. So far, very good, except for the rolls and bread. Unfortunately, the quality left a lot to be desired. In winter you don't need tomatoes and cucumbers on the buffet. The service was very nice, but a bit overwhelmed. Hence only 4 stars. Good .... but still room for improvement.

Very friendly staff and the food was really good

Food very tasty and big portions. However, the service was bad! It was forgotten something both with the drinks as well as with the food. In addition, we have waited over 30min to pay. The reason given to us was that this would be normal before performances in the adjacent cultural center, because they only have a card reader. We wanted to pay cash. The staff was simply overwhelmed with the situation.

We are very happy to have breakfast here. Is always delicious and plentiful. Good, friendly service.

The food was delicious, the portions are pretty big. The menu has a nice selection of dishes that are not too big, which I personally like. The service is great because the waiters are very attentive. What bothered me was the volume. At a longer table, it is a bit difficult to communicate. We will be back.

Service could be improved. Breakfast was, as it was complete after over an hour, well. That was certainly not the kitchen, because the plate came quickly, bread after another 15 minutes and the corresponding juice again 15 minutes later. The waiter did not pay at the table, but we would have to queue (larger group) at the bar, where the waiter sat and cashed while sitting. Too bad, but there are plenty of other alternatives in Pforzheim.

Very disappointed, the food was either bland or ruined with too much spices.

The restuarant is maintained very well. But the food wasn't tastes good. It was average.

A cosy restauarant in an off-beat building (Kulturhaus). Good coffee and friendly staff who serviced our event upstairs. For dinner, I chose one of the recommended dishes and seasonal wine, it was delicious.

Creative (beetroot chips), technically excellent (perfectly roasted barbarian duck ordered as a medium, see photo), an English-roasted fillet of beef professionally rested in the oven, so that no bloody meat juice floods the plate. Frequently changing seasonal special cards on a blackboard at the entrance. Versatile price card from snacks to fine dining. Friendly and great service "in time". We recommend!
